Job Description

  • Actively contact customers and prospects by phone.
  • Establish long-term, loyal customer relationships.
  • Enter customer data and call summaries in our CRM system.
  • Arrange consultations with the relevant specialists, if necessary.

What you bring along

  • You have a passion for sales and the will to succeed.
  • You communicate with confidence and fluency, via email and on the phone.
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and have strong negotiation skills.
  • You quickly get to grips with new, complex subjects.
  • You speak and write German fluently.
  • You have good knowledge of the MS-Office package.
  • A plus, not a must: experience in telemarketing or customer contact
  • Advantageous: proficiency in further languages or in intellectual property law
