Job Description

SMD Group is seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager to report directly to the CEO, coordinate sales and continue to build the business.

  • Convert the global strategy into a sales strategy
  • Derive and monitor operational goals and action plans
  • Coordinate and advance the sales team
  • Cold calling, customer visits
  • Coordinate sales initiatives
  • Align with marketing
  • Support the HR department in recruiting more sales people

What you bring along

  • You are an analytical, flexible and consistent person
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • You are customer and result oriented
  • You have an international mind-set
  • You have good IT skills, especially the MS Office package
  • You speak English fluently
  • A plus, but not a must: knowledge of other languages
