Job Description
SMD Group is seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager to report directly to the CEO, coordinate sales and continue to build the business.
- Convert the global strategy into a sales strategy
- Derive and monitor operational goals and action plans
- Coordinate and advance the sales team
- Cold calling, customer visits
- Coordinate sales initiatives
- Align with marketing
- Support the HR department in recruiting more sales people
What you bring along
- You are an analytical, flexible and consistent person
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- You are customer and result oriented
- You have an international mind-set
- You have good IT skills, especially the MS Office package
- You speak English fluently
- A plus, but not a must: knowledge of other languages
