Your role & responsibilities
- Advising our clients via phone and email in German and English
- Presenting our products & services related to trademarks & IP
- Creating tailored offers and actively following up on them
- Handling inquiries in a confident, friendly, and solution-oriented manner
- Building long-term client relationships
- Working closely with our legal and administrative teams
What you bring along
- Very good German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
- A genuine interest in sales, consulting, and legal services
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
- A hands-on mindset, flexible thinking, and the motivation to take responsibility
- A structured way of working and a good instinct for customer needs
- First experience in sales or customer service is a plus – but not a requirement
